Voom uses a device-based anonymous identity system. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in with a social media account to use the Service.

6. Advertisements
The free version of the Service displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These networks may use device identifiers, usage data, and other information to serve relevant ads. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). You may also purchase an ad-free subscription to remove advertisements entirely.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure hosting infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Game scores, leaderboard data, and achievement records are retained as long as the Service is active. Device-level data (preferences, game progress) is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app. We may retain certain information for longer periods as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@voom.co.il, and we will take steps to delete such information. Users between 13 and 18 should use the Service only with parental or guardian consent.

The Service is operated from Israel. If you are accessing the Service from outside Israel, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Israel and other countries where our service providers are located. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
